We began as a general works contractor in 1987. Over the years, the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know how and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services, building, road and bridge related engineering works.The Quality Oriented builders, Take on the Motto “Quality is our Priority”. Madathil Enterprises, has been preponderating over the construction field more than 30 years, especially in the construction of roads and bridges. The Recent diversion is an entrepreneurial embarking on the hotel industry & Premium Apartment projects.

Madathil Enterprises, takes pride in partnering with the Government of Kerala to help fulfill it’s vision to transform the present educational landscape with any and all of it’s shortcomings, into one that transcends it’s current challenges to help uplift the social and cultural level of future generations. We have been entrusted with the fruitful completion of ten schools under Cluster 8; 5 schools in Idukki and Kottayam each, of which a few have already been handed over, and the rest is expected to be completed by 2020 and 2021. The total area being constructed across these ten schools is 1.5 Lakh Sqft. with a comprehensive budget of Rs. 52.48 crore. Special care is being taken in order to achieve each individual goal for each school, to ensure the absolute overall success of this project.
